project background

Of New York’s five boroughs, we’d say that Brooklyn is perhaps the greatest.  It’s home to our production partners North Sea Air who brought us on to this project to direct photography.  The campaign was a loyalty and celebration piece for DFS, the duty free retail arm of Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy.


Centred around everyone’s favourite four-legged friends and the lunar new year, we shot across Prospect Park and Williamsburg, both as doubles for Asian cities.  We delivered a cute set of rushes that captured the madness and warmth of different families and their pets.  Almost everything was shot on a Sony FS7 with XEEN primes plus specials on a DJI Osmo.
